Rouben TAMBA NYEPGANG is a seasoned Cameroonian entrepreneur and visionary leader with a Diploma in Petroleum Engineering. He currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer and First Vice President on the Board of Directors of the African Youth Guarantee Fund, playing a pivotal role in advancing youth-led economic empowerment across the continent.

He is also the Chairman and CEO of UB Brima Investment & Logistics Ltd., a dynamic subsidiary of United Brothers Company focused on logistics, investment, and infrastructure development.

Rouben holds several high-impact positions across Africa and the diaspora, including:

• Member, Southern Nigerian Committee for the Implementation of AfCFTA

• Ambassador to the United States, African Diaspora Collective

• Regional Director (ECAS) for GME

• Country Director (Cameroon), Independent Continental Youth Advisory Council for AfCFTA

Rouben’s work spans multiple African nations, including Ivory Coast, Ghana, Benin Republic, Nigeria, Cameroon, and the Central African Republic, bridging regional markets and building robust trade and innovation networks across West, Central, and East Africa.

Fluent in both English and French, and having lived in Nigeria for 19 years, he brings cross-cultural fluency and strategic adaptability to every endeavor. Rouben is deeply committed to shaping Africa’s economic future through innovation, policy advocacy, and youth inclusion.

In recognition of his outstanding achievements, Rouben was recently named the Best Young Cameroonian Entrepreneur of the Year in Business, Economic, and Entrepreneurial Accomplishments by Junior Chamber International, Cameroon.
