development expert with a distinguished career at the <strong>Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD)<\/strong>, where she spent over two decades working in development co-operation and led the office of the <strong>Chairman of the Development Assistance Committee (DAC)<\/strong>.<\/p><p>She has held several prominent international roles focused on Africa\u2019s development. As the <strong>International Coordinator for the Initiative for Central Africa (INICA)<\/strong>, Josie worked on cross-border trade initiatives in the Central African region, with a particular emphasis on the <strong>Democratic Republic of Congo<\/strong>, in collaboration with the <strong>UN Economic Commission for Africa (ECA)<\/strong> and based in <strong>Kigali, Rwanda<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Her work also includes contributions to the <strong>Creative Africa Initiative<\/strong> under the leadership of the <strong>African Union<\/strong>, aimed at developing a coherent and coordinated strategy for Africa\u2019s cultural and creative industries.
